Kwu Tung North and Fanling North New Development Areas Community Liaison Centre

To facilitate communication with the public on the development of Kwu Tung North (KTN) and Fanling North (FLN) New Development Areas (NDAs), we have established a Community Liaison Centre (CLC) at 25 Castle Peak Road - Kwu Tung, Kwu Tung, New Territories, Hong Kong to:

  • disseminate information of the development;
  • respond to enquiries and if necessary refer them to the appropriate Community Liaison Service Teams or relevant government departments; and
  • receive comments and views on the project

The opening hours of the CLC are listed below:

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9:30pm - 12:30pm
2:00pm - 5:30pm
Wednesday and Friday 2:00pm - 5:30pm
7:00pm - 9:30pm
Saturday 9:30am - 12:30pm
Sunday and Public Holidays Closed
