Works Scope

  • Ground investigation works including land vertical boreholes, environmental boreholes and trial pits;
  • Utility survey;
  • Laboratory testing for ground investigation works;
  • Standpipes and piezometers installation and groundwater monitoring; and
  • Preservation and protection of affected trees, tree survey, old and valuable trees (OVT) scanning and tree risk assessment (TRA).

Progress

The ground investigation works commenced on 30 June 2021 and completed in September 2023.
