FLN NDA - Remaining Phase Development

Development of Fanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase - Design and Construction (CE 18/2019 (CE))

Project Scope

Site formation of about 94 hectares of land at FLN NDA for housing, community, commercial and other developments;
Engineering infrastructure works for supporting the development sites in the Remaining Phase Works of FLN NDA;
Landscaping works;
Implementation of environmental monitoring and mitigation measures for the works mentioned above; and
Related studies/services to determine the use(s) and/or development potential for the sites with land use changes.

Current Progress

The consultancy agreement was awarded to Atkins China Limited in December 2019. Design of site formation and infrastructure works are being carried out and the construction works are scheduled to commence in 2024 for target completion by 2031.
