Two OZPs (KTN and FLN) to facilitate the development of the KTN and FLN NDA had been exhibited under Section 5 of the TPO for public inspection. The PlanD carried out the preparation and submission of the draft OZPs of KTN and FLN NDA to the Town Planning Board for consideration and the draft OZPs were gazetted in December 2013. Subsequently, the statutory OZPs for the KTN and FLN NDA were approved by Chief Executive in Council under Section 9 of the TPO on 16 June 2015.
